Drama : Queen In-hyun’s Man

Weeeee! I’m in love. I kicked every drama currently watching down and put this one on top of my chart (drama currently airing). This is a travel-through-time drama that, so far, has been doing a good job with the plotline. There are parts  in sageuk and modern time. The tone is serious during Joseon era with some actions but turns into a romantic comedy in the modern time.  Each episode we get to see the story of both times connected through a Sungkyunkwan graduated scholar Boong Do who is able to travel 300 years forward and meet an actress Hee Jin in 2012.

Queen In-hyun’s Man OST – I’m Going To Meet You Now

It has nothing in common with Rooftop Prince except the 300 years. Boong Do’s character is such a smart and calm man. He takes in everything around him in a wise intellectual way which I so love. Jin Hee is also cute in her own way. If  you are wary of the time-travel theme, I still insist you try this one.

The leads have a lot of chemistry together and they are so cute together. It’s what I’m looking forward to the most in every episode. With this kind of story, you will never know whether the leads will be able to stay together in the end. But the guessing is always fun.

  1. Oh yes! I’m onboard! hahaha… Kim Boong Do? gaaaa I’m all giddy and acting like a teen age girl over him. OMG! I haven’t seen such a perfect hero!

  2. I would have wanted to marathon it but I have no time yet to do so! This drama reminds me of the Time Traveler’s Wife.

    • Well hello! I’ve found my new crush after ‘Wild Romance’. There were so many sweet moments between the leads, and they were so cute. I hope the story won’t turn melo later on. You should find the time for it asap *Shush..the sparkling in his eyes whenever he looked at her just swoonworthy*

Time Traveler’s Wife? are you talking about the US movie? Cuz if it’s that one I love it too. But in that movie the hubby time-jumped randomly, this one he jumped forward only to 2012 (for now, that is).
